We offer ground and expedited shipping on our website.
- Free ground shipping is offered for all orders over $300.
- Orders under $300 will be charged a $8-$10 flat shipping fee, based on location.
- 2nd Day Air is available for $30-$40, based on location, and must be placed before 2PM EST Mon - Fri to ship the same day. Orders are shipped via UPS and arrive in 2 business days. Please note that we are closed on federal holidays and expedited orders will be shipped the next business day.
- For overnight shipping, please email shop@alicewalk.com for assistance.
- We do not offer refunds for any shipping charges.
We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, and most orders ship within 1-5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with an associated tracking number. Please note, it can take 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear with the shipping carrier.
Depending on the item, the parcel will either ship UPS or USPS. Please email shop@alicewalk.com if you have trouble receiving shipments from a particular carrier and we will do our best to accommodate your preference.
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside of the United States at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience!
