Shipping

We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $150. Orders under $150 will be charged a $5 flat shipping fee. 

We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, and most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with an associated tracking number. Please note, it can take 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear with the shipping carrier.

Depending on the item, the parcel will either ship UPS or USPS. Please email shop@alicewalk.com if you have trouble receiving shipments from a particular carrier and we will do our best to accommodate your preference.

Unfortunately we do not offer shipping outside of the United States at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience! 

*Holiday Transit Times*

We recommend shopping early to have your gifts arrive in time for the holidays. Transit time may be delayed with increased order volume. If you’re experiencing any issues with your order, please email us at shop@alicewalk.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Alice Walk item(s), but if something didn't work out, you can get started with a return or exchange below.

Start a Return

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date that your order was delivered. To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn and undamaged, and in its original packaging. 

*Holiday Returns & Exchanges*

  • Orders placed in November are eligible for exchange or store credit through January 8th.
  • Orders placed during the month of December are eligible for a refund through January 8th. 

We offer free return shipping for exchanges and store credit. For items being returned for a refund, we will deduct a return shipping fee, ranging from $8 - $15; the fee is based on the item size you are returning and will be calculated when you request a return label.

We process returns and exchanges as soon as possible, but please allow up to 5-10 business days upon receiving the package back at our warehouse. 

The return policy for each individual product can be found at the bottom of every product page. Items marked "Final Sale" and Sample Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange or credit. Shipping charges are not refundable.  If you have any questions about a Final Sale item prior to purchasing, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via email.
