ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented and creative individual who loves all things content and marketing. This role will report directly to our Brand Director and will be responsible for a wide variety of marketing related tasks including: content creation, social media management, photoshoot assistance, email marketing and more. We are a small, tight-knit group that is passionate about the growth and reputation of our brand – and one that deeply values relationships, team culture and an energized, positive work environment. Given the size of our team and stage of our business, we are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial at heart – and excited about the prospect of an ever changing work day as well as wearing a lot of different hats! 


DUTIES + RESPONSIBILITIES:


CONTENT CREATION

  • Create engaging content (reels, static posts, IG stories, etc) to support various marketing initiatives – including product launches, special promotions, digital ads, our Nantucket store, behind the scenes footage and more

  • Learn and own the editing of team/UGC video content through various social media apps (such as CapCut; note - if you’re not familiar with this platform, we can train you on this!)

  • Comfortable and excited to be behind an (iphone!) camera filming your own video / photo content that can be turned into supplemental marketing assets – Instagram reels, digital ads, etc

  • Work closely with our head of Digital Marketing on ad strategy and and ad asset creation

  • Support marketing initiatives by taking your own organic UGC product photos

CONTENT COORDINATION

  • Manage and organize influencer content as well as our internal team content

  • Find creative ways to utilize past content in fresh and exciting ways

  • Organize product imagery from our professional photoshoots that are used for website product pages and other marketing materials


 
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT 

  • Develop and execute the weekly social media schedule for our brand IG page – inclusive of static posts, reels, stories and written captions

  • Curate on-brand non-product content for our IG page (i.e. home, travel inspiration)

  • Ensure brand voice and visual identity are consistent across all content and captions 

  • Manage the paid spend (i.e. “boosting”) behind select organic IG posts/reels to support reach and follower growth 

  • Monitor key metrics and analyze social media performance using Instagram insights

  • Spearhead other social media initiatives such as Giveaways (our own as well as brand collaborations), saving stories to highlights, utilizing our Broadcast channel and more

  • Strategically explore and build out other social media channels for the brand (TikTok, Pinterest, etc) 


EMAIL MARKETING

  • If you don’t have experience executing email marketing, don’t worry! We can train the right candidate for this 

  • Work closely with the Brand Director on our email strategy and building out our weekly email schedule to support product launches, restocks, promotions, events and more

  • Learn and eventually own our email marketing platform, Klaviyo, to execute weekly emails using our pre-built brand templates and product imagery

  • Openness to learning design tools such as Illustrator to help build out more complex emails


BRAND MARKETING SUPPORT

  • Support the Brand Director and entire marketing team on any and all Brand Marketing initiatives – such as product and lifestyle photography, marketing collateral, event / pop-up activations, collaborations and brand growth initiatives (such as direct mail)

  • Take ownership of  photoshoot coordination - including the booking of models/HMU, the day-of schedule, shot lists, prop sourcing, on set direction, etc


SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Extremely detail oriented, creative and entrepreneurial

  • Interest in fashion and strong sense of personal style 

  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects in a fluid environment

  • Excited about content creation with the ability to edit video footage 

  • Consider yourself social media savvy – particularly with Instagram 

  • Experience with Klaviyo and Illustrator (or comparable design platform) is a plus, but not required 

  • Excellent communication skills


DETAILS:

  • Full time, 40 hours per week Monday through Friday

  • This a remote position - most of our team is either Boston or Florida based 

  • Salary (to be determined based on experience)
