Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Production Associate to support the development and production of Alice Walk collections. Working closely with the Director of Production, you’ll support the product lifecycle, including brand calendar, product development, factory communication, costings and orders, quality control, and on-time delivery of high-quality products. This candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator. You’re proactive, flexible, and eager to dive in— we are excited to find a strong team player who can join our fast-growing brand!
Responsibilities:

Managing Product Calendar:
- Partner with the cross functional team to ensure timely execution of product development calendar
- Daily tracking of lab dips, proto samples, photosamples, TOP’s and production on order in our PLM system to ensure deadlines are being met
- Partner with cross functional team to ensure on time ex factory dates and that launch dates are correct
- Oversee our PLM system to update:
- Dates & deadlines
- Costing
- Color codes
- Fabric details
- Trims
- TP's & POM- Auditing they are correct and up to date
- Care Instructions
- Adding image/artwork files
- Packaging details
- Factory certifications
- Technical reports
- Help place PO’s with our factories (Ensure costing, size breaks and delivery are correct)
- Maintain fabric, trim, bulk approval, archives library in partnership with cross functional team
- Color & Sample approvals: Bulk submits, PP’s, TOP’s in coordination with our QC manager
- Communication:
- Manage the email and conference call communication with factories about all development and on order product
- Working with our designers and factories to ensure our PLM system is up to date with all current information
- Attends product fittings to take notes and actions on next steps coming out of each fit
- This is a flexible hybrid role; much of the work can be done remotely, but this candidate must be within commuting distance of Mansfield, MA, to be able to access our sample libraries in our fulfillment warehouse
Skills:
- Extremely organized, with an incredible attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Skilled at writing concise, clear emails - always remembering to answer every question, and systematically outline follow up questions
- Highly disciplined about updating information promptly and accurately across all relevant systems
- Naturally analytical with a “spreadsheet mind”—you are an Excel-wiz, comfortable combining data from multiple sources, and using formulas and lookups to ensure accurate reporting and analysis
- Tech-savvy and confident learning new tools, troubleshooting issues, and navigating software; experience with Shopify or PLMs is a plus!
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, remain calm under pressure, and pivot when necessary!
- Having a Can-Do attitude and proactively taking initiative to problem solve issues as they arise
- A positive and enthusiastic team member - people love to work with you!

1+ years' experience in the following preferred but not required:
- Background in apparel development and production
- Familiarity with Tech Packs
- Understanding of garment construction, measurements and finishes
- Understanding of global textiles trade and sourcing
Details:
- This position is classified as full-time salaried. You will be expected to work an average of 40 hours per week
