Outdoor Summer Spaces

Entertaining looks a little different these days, but these outdoor oases make it look like a breeze. Plus we’re sharing some of our favorite summer meals and cocktails.

Lobster dinners on the deck are a summer tradition in the Keneally family. They keep it super simple - fresh steamed lobsters caught by the local lobstermen, corn on the cob, green salad and a big bowl of Cape Cod potato chips!

Fresh fish in the summertime is perfect. The Armstrongs have enjoyed this Mediterranean Halibut from Pamela Salzman in their summer meal rotation. Their go-to cocktail of the summer has been a rendition of this Spicy Margarita recipe.

In the spirit of summer, love keeping it light and fresh. This Bee's Knees cocktail by Cookie and Kate is quick, easy and quite refreshing! A little charcuterie board to snack on and you're set for a relaxing summer evening.

A quiet dinner at the farm! This Panzanella (we call it a salad) is a perfect excuse to use fresh ingredients from your local farmers' market. It's been a staple in the Keneally-Cotter household. Pairs amazingly with your favorite white wine or rosé!

A gorgeous garden can make for a fun night with friends! Per the name, this Garden Party cocktail is sort of a twist on a classic margarita. A quick and easy small plate is this Goat Cheese / Pesto / Tomato dish - if you're feeling up to it homemade pesto is easy to make and so much fresher!

The backyard picnic is all about the setup! This is the summer of picnic-ing since restaurants aren't the best option right now. Keep it simple with some Grilled Salmon in the backyard and end the cozy evening with s'mores by the fire.
